Job Description:

Drive the implementation of all product change management through the I2M Process.

Working with relevant stakeholders, he/she is accountable for the timely completion of product changes i.e. NPD, Product and Packaging Improvements, Productivity opportunities, Promotional Packages, Product Cost Estimates and Sourcing Initiatives for the Categories.

1. Coordinate implementation activities of Product Change Management projects. Provide efficient customer service coordination to Business Units for matters pertaining to category product change.

2. Act as the Primary sites interface between Marketing, R&D, Purchasing and Operations to assure correct and timely provision of plant inputs and data required for costing to Finance. Coordinate with cross functions team to ensure smooth implementation of product change trial and feasibility study.

Ensures all approval and change documentation is in place prior to product commercialization. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders/functions during the implementation process

4. Provide effective customer service to various Business Units- both local and export to support cross sourcing initiatives.

5. Involvement in MBD project feasibilities.

Checking the Physical as per the Invoice Qty, If found difference mail information to SCM & Logists & follow up.

Hand over the documents for Bonding and get it back.

Preparing the GRN on time and submit the same to Accounts with in the target days.

Handing over the materials to Quality for inspection, once QA is Approved move it to the respective location.

If found rejection, move the materials to MRB1 physically followup with SCM for the Account No of Supplier for RTV and Intimate to Logistics for Re Export invoice and process RTV.
