Contracts / Commercial Officer

Job Description

- To coordinate the preparation and submission of techno-commerical bids to meet time and budget targets and the agreed service and quality level with internal and external customers

- To coordinate the execution of the project between customer, internal departments, and site personnel to ensure all contractual requirements are met in a timely and cost effective manner

- To administer the project (and carry out all ERP transactions) on a regular basis to ensure up to date and accurate recording of the project status

- To coordinate the close out of the project to ensure all requirements have been met and learning points documented for management review.

- To suggest and initiate continuous improvements to internal procedures to increase customer satisfaction and effective operations
