1. Independent handling of strategically important projects which require experience based management of complex projects (involving product development, QA review of suitable manufacturing facilities, commercial negotiations with peer level business partners), and planning with business partners whose competence / coordination issues are more challenging.
2. PRC Review of (New Products) projects with internal stake holders Therapy Marketing team / SBU Heads /CQA / Finance for ensuring schedules for delivering new products are managed within committed
timelines.
3. Periodical Review of (New Product) projects with Business partners to align with business plans/expectations & facilitate co-ordination efforts by subordinate manager/s for smooth product launches.
4. Negotiation with new & existing business partners in finalizing Ranbaxy template of legal agreement. Coordination with Legal / Regulatory/ Finance & business partners for ex of art-work etc prior to launch
5. Tracking of market intelligence w.r.t. new product opportunities to offer to business
6. Review of commercial negotiation with objective to cost savings by benchmarking with market, and strategic negotiation where needed to support business on products where there is possibility of high leverage
