3. Developing Procurement plans & schedules and arranging for resources to achieve predefined targets.

4. Ensuring 100% availability of Parts as per Production Plan.

5. Problem analysis & taking corrective preventive action against any failures in Plan

6. Responsible for preparing the trend graphs & reports for all the effectiveness.

7. Material requirement planning to ensure unhindered production by operation dept.

8. Daily monitoring of material availability as per Production Plan.

9. To Ensure Stock availability of BOP Parts & Maintain Min., Max Inventory Level of all BOP.

10. Control and Monitor Inventory of Raw materials and child parts.
