. The KNB Supply Supervisor will be solely responsible to make sure a seamless, efficient operation using the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWARDS) and LMP
2. Supply Supervisor responsible for the operations within the supply section and manages the AWARDS (Army War Reserve Deployment System) workbench and standard supply function.
3. This individual overseas the tracking, receipt, inspection, storage, issue and readiness of equipment by adhering to supply management principles, regulations, policies and procedures which provide oversight for the supply program.
4. This individual ensures data is correct and repots are generated in support of government requirements.
5. This Supply Supervisor is also resposible to ensure the link from AWARDS to LMP is maintained and updated as required.
6. He is responsible for tracking TMDE, AOAP and MWO's using AWARDS.
7. Supply Supervisor plans the process shop turn-ins of excess and recoverable items to the SSA.
8. Supply team conducts 100% cyclic inventroy throughout the year, inspection and replacement of secondary items BII, COEI, OBSL, ASl, EDIL safety and fire equipment , etc. on an annual basis for all watercraft/MCS IAW Army Regulation (AR) 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1 and this PWS
9. Items identified as excess on the vessels are removed, stored or turned in as indicated by the COR/Marine Surveyor
10. Supply Supervisor assists COSIS Project Manager in completion of daily , weekly and monthly reports.
11. Monitor the DA2404s and monitor the Material Condition Satus Report, DA 2406.
12. Ensure GFE is accounted for IAW applicable Army regulation and FAR part 45 & 42
