Job Description

Establish and maintain policies, procedures and controls.Maintaining office furniture by setting standards and controls for existing and future employees.Manage all the telephone, fax, mobile allowance, telephone, fax, mobile allowance, telephone extensions, etc.Set controls and manage the requirements by verifying the quantity and proper usage of Pantry and Stationary.Managing the material printing such as letter head, Imdaad envelopes, continuation sheet, pay slip, stock related documents, time sheet, stickers, signboards, rubber stamp etc.Contract management by setting SLA and controlling the vendor performance for Landscape and irrigation.Contract management by setting SLA and controlling the vendor performance for vehicle lease.Managing the driver’s performance.Mail dispatch (courier service).Control the fuel bills and consumptions limits of supplier.Develop an annual budget and forecast and evaluate the cost.
