• Managing the independent charges of Stores, Purchase and Dispatch function of organization.

• Rate Reduction, Cost Control, Vendor Development for various materials & bought out related to sheet metal industries.

• ABC Analysis in stores

• Responsible for Stock taking and Audit process as per schedule & Maintaing Stock Accuracy.

• Maintaing the FIFO System

• Implementation of 5S, Kaizen , Kanban , Six Sigma Project in Stores

• Pro Cretion and Materials follow up

• Shortage Analysis, Perpetual Analysis ,Aging Analysis

• Prepare the procurement plan as per the production planning.

• Understanding of BOM

• Responsible for Implementation of FIFO SYSTEM.
