Job Title : Warehouse Manager / Assistant Manager

Location : Pune / Chennai / Mohali / Noida / Hyderabad / Bangalore/Delhi

Reporting : VP Operations

Key Deliverables :

Overseeing warehouse operations in his regionspearheading expansion and growth planned for the region, with effective use of technology in Warehousing.  Management and control of all activities in the warehouse.

Overseeing all administrative functions in the warehouse.

Reporting to the Manager Warehouse Operations in that region. Training & development of manpower under his supervision. Security and safety of warehouse products. To be eventually moved into the role of Warehouse Manager

Desired Profiles

Qualification & Experience:

• Essential : B. Tech/B.E preferred

• Desirable: MBA / PGDBM ( Marketing /Operations /International Business /Logistics /Supply Chain Management) will be an added advantage

• Experience: 2-3 yrs experience

Key Skills:

• Should have experience of working in an ERP environment

• Should have had experience of heading warehouse of 25,000 sq. Feet and above

• Excellent Administrative skills

• Excellent people management skills

• Decision making skills

• Team-building skills

• Good Communication skills

Preferred Industries: Supply chain management/Logistics/Retail Industry
