Role:

Head/VP/GM-SCM/Logistics

Functional Area:

Purchase, Logistics, Supply Chain

Support the India SCM team for day to day functional utility from Buyer and Approver perspective.

Provide analysis, recommendations for business process improvements, identify data integrity issues, and implement proactive solutions. Vendor Contract Management, Internal Customer handling, knowledge of MS Office, preparation of comparative statements on basis of logical reasoning, analytical skills, knowledge of CIF, FOB & other trade terms, knowledge of current tax structure & regulations of Indirect Taxes, knowledge and hands on experience on ERP based procurement system.

Advance the goals and objectives of SCM by providing cost-efficient, high quality, client-focused solutions, according to established policies, procedures, and processes. Provide monthly dashboards and reports to SCM Head as required.

Ensure quality of work meets the department standards by establishing quality control checks into the processes.

Role would be an Individual Contributor role

To participate and lead process quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate, preferably with MBA from institute of repute with 10-14 years of work experience.

Competencies/Technical Skills

Experience in SAP / Ariba / Oracle functional & technical support.

Experience in areas of Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Well versed with MS Office / Power point.

Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking skills and interpersonal skills, is required.

Candidate should have relevant procurement / supply chain / vendor management experience with hands on experience on Contract Management, Sourcing Events, E-Auctions, E-RFQ / RFI / RFPs, Spend Management, Vendor Master Data Management, Workflow understanding and Reporting Tools utility for dashboards and MIS preparation. Experience in procurement of IT hardware and Software including Telecom Opex.

Knowledge of contract management and administration workflow.
