• Generation of MRP(Material Requirement Plan)for Raw Material & Packaging Material

• Communicate CO-PUR for raising PO on suppliers

• Issue call-ups on supplier as per PO raised

• Follow up with the supplier and evaluate Call-up Vs Material receipt

• Pass system entries and forwarding of documents to QC for inspection and approval.

• Co-ordination with QC for incoming material testing & approval

• Physical Quantity verification and arranging for unloading of material received as per Challan

• Co-ordination with CO-PUR

• Preparation GRN

• Maintain inventory

• Inventory analysis and control

• Stock RECO - daily / monthly

• Coordination with Production for routine activity

• Vendor evaluation

• MIS to HOD
