Job Description

Roles and Resposibilities

1. Document preparation for Air & Sea Cargo                                                                      

2. Inspection Outbound & Inbound shipments

3. Preparing Packing List

4. Coordination with forwarders

5. Coordination with shippers

6. stock reconciliation bi-weekly (backup)

7. Provides appropriate, timely and effective communication of information to accounting, sales/marketing, and other operational functions.

8. Responsible for related warehouse movements processes and inventories involved in the distribution.

9. Ensure the integration of logistics activities leading to optimal productivity, profitability, customer service and cost performance

10. Processing of Bill of Entry and presentation of Exit certificate to customs authority for customs refund                                

Activities:

ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

1. Physical Stock Inventory control for all warehouses of company twice per year

2. Monitors the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of product

3. Conducts ongoing logistical analysis to help lower operating costs and identify areas for process improvement.

4. Posting warehouse Internal Transfer in ERP.

5. Obtain monthly quotations from 3 forwarding/shipping companies from China/Taiwan and select best rates with acceptable services

Administrative/Clerical

1. Goods delivery to Local customers

2. Certificate of Origin applying and collecting hard copies from Chamber of Commerce

Meetings

1. Logistics meetings 3 times a week

2. Customs review meeting (weekly)

3. Staff Meeting (Monthly)

TRAINING

Expected training activities for the year are:

1. Learning ACCPAC software (ERP).  This will be primarily in house and will cover all modules of ACCPAC

2. Pursues ongoing professional development to maintain current knowledge on the latest logistics best practices, laws, and regulations.

3. Type writing

4. Any other outside training deemed necessary and mutually agreed and based on the training budget
