The person will have activities like:

• Evaluating the Requisitions, Order Processing & follow-ups for timely dispatches

• Monitoring schedules of imported cargoes and ensuring their clearance in time.

• Avoid detentions/demurrages/ground rental charges etc.

• Inventory/Stock evaluation thro system & co-ordination with the plant

• Costing of Raw Materials & Quotation Comparison

• Handling Rejection/Quality related issues

• Maintenance of Source List & Info Records

• Assist in New Product Development & Cost Reduction activities.

• Resolving Payment related issues & ensuring timely release of payments to suppliers.

• SAP / System knowledge MS Excel is must for the candidate.

Job Profile for Purchase Packaging :

The person will have activities like:

• Packaging Procurement

• SAP Order Placements

• Packaging Procurement : Working with vendors & plants to ensure optimal service.

• Creating comparatives and follow of protocol for order placements.

• Quality improvement : Working with vendors to ensure RCA & CAPA are done for quality rejections and ensuring improvements for the same.

• Transportation forms : issue & monitoring of usage of the same.

• Artwork issue & co-ordination for approvals.
