I- General Information
1. Title of Vacancy to be filled : Supply Chain Manager – Saudi Arabia.

II- Background and Experience Required
1. What educational background is required for this position?
X? High School X? Bachelor’s degree ? Master’s Degree.
Field of Specialization:
- Graduate from a Business college or equivalent BA – BS, degree.
- CIPS – (Chartered Institute Of Purchasing and Supply) Levels 3, 4, 5 & 6. – (Highly desired).
2. What kind of experience and how much of it is required for this position – & main descriptive Functions?
o Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement & Costing; with a solid traceable track record of achievements.
o Previous strong experience in Retail, Wholesale &/or FMGC.
o Focused with comprehensive understanding of Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
o Constantly aware and up-dated on Importation regulations in Saudi Arabia.
o Ensures that all Importation Documentations are "Strictly" met at all times – and communicates the same with Suppliers.
o Continuously ensures best practices in avoidance of "Penalties & Demurrages".
o Coordinates with Insurance Companies, and ensures that Claims are constantly followed-up – Being that for incoming materials or in-stores materials.
o Proven track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve "Efficiency & Effectiveness".
o Reduces Operating Costs whilst increasing performances, all to "Tight Time Scales" and within general Corporate Budgets, Regional Budgets and Divisional Budgets.
o Highly advanced Analytical capacities, knowledge, experience and ability to interpret figures into significant actions.
o Fully responsible for Warehousing & Storage Facilities across Saudi Arabia as Cost Service Centers.
o Manages Team with diversified backgrounds. Leads by example associated to a "Can do" attitude.
o Responsible for all aspects of the Supply Chain: Sourcing, Purchasing, Transport, Warehousing and Distribution.
o Identifies and implements initiatives to reduce the overall Supply Chain cost base.
o Monitors Data Management to keep accurate Products Pricings and Invoicing information. (In co-ordination with Accounting Dept.)
o Communicates needs & objectives to Managers & key personnel in Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, and others as need be.
o Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
o Accurately Calculates total supply chain costs.
o Obtains quotes for Transportation, Clearing & Forwarding, also making Cost Comparisons.
o Planning of procurement, Inventory Control, Logistics & Distribution.
o Fully accountable for MSL’s (Minimum Stock Levels), for all Regions, Divisions and Branches.

This position reports to (Title): General Manager – KSA.

1. Work Location : Al-Khobar – Saudi Arabia.
2. To start work on : ASAP
3. Duration of Employment Contract : Two Years - renewable
4. Proposed Salary for this job : To be determined.
5. Other Benefits : Medical cover (self+1) + Accommodation Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Tickets to Country of Origin (self+1/year).
